Control device for an ultrasonic piezoelectric actuator and operation method thereof

The device has an inductor in series with an assembly of two parallel branches, having switches (P11, P12) in series with diodes (d1, d2), respectively, coupled parallel to two terminals of a continuous voltage source (E). The diodes are coupled by a junction to a third switch mounted anti-parallel with a third diode and delivers a high alternating voltage to an ultrasonic piezo-electric actuator e.g. fuel injector. The voltage source delivers a continuous output voltage between two end terminals. An independent claim is also included for a process of implementing a device of controlling an ultrasonic piezo-electric actuator.
