Bicycle with energy supply device

The bicycle has a frame element (26) with a recess (46) for receiving a U-shaped projection (38) of an energy supply device (12), where the energy supply device serves as an energy supply source of an electric motor. The frame element is integrally connected to the recess, where the frame element together with the recess forms a U-shaped, closed hollow profile in cross-section. The energy includes contact elements for electrical connection with respective counter-contact elements arranged at the frame element. A cover is provided for covering the recess.
