The heating device has an electric drive, where a liquid medium is utilized as heat distribution medium. A heat circuit (2) is provided with a liquid medium as heat distribution medium. A positive temperature coefficient-heating element (20) is arranged in the heat circuit. An auxiliary circuit (3) is provided with a separate heat source (10,50), which is alternatively switched with the heat circuit.
