Transparent plate with heatable coating

The pane (1) has a heat coating (8) extending over a visible field of a pane surface. The coating is connected with metal-strip type bus bars (11, 12) such that current flows in a heating field (23), after application of supply voltage. The coating comprises an electrical resistor such that heat power is discharged from the heating field in range of 300 to 1000 watt/m square, during application of feeding voltage in range of 100 to 400 volt. The bus bars exhibit maximum width of 10 mm such that maximum heat power of about 10 watt/m square is discharged.
