Stabiliser assembly and method for its manufacture

The method involves vulcanizing a rubber molding part on inner side of an outer shell after coating a stabilizer bar within a connecting region. A rubber mount is held under a defined pre-load during vulcanization of the stabilizer bar by a preloading tool. The rubber mount is material-conclusively connected with a bearing clamp (12) after the vulcanization process under the defined pre-load. The rubber mount is vulcanized on the stabilizer bar in a furnace by an induction heating process, where the outer shell is made of plastic or metal. An independent claim is also included for a stabilizer arrangement comprising rubber mount halves.
