The active material includes LMFP formed using multiple element doping and having the formula LiMnFeMgTiCoNbYPO, where the value a is equal to or greater than 0.5, the value b is equal to or greater than 0.1, the value c is equal to or greater than 0.0005 and equal to or less than 0.1, the value d is equal to or greater than 0.0005 and equal to or less than 0.1, the value e is equal to or less than 0.05, the value f is equal to or less than 0.02, and the value g is equal to or less than 0.05.
