Door structure module

The module has a sheet metal profile i.e. organic sheet, joined with two different plastic elements that consist of different plastic materials and molded according to a bi-injection process. The elements are merged together when meeting one another and taken with the metal profile. The module is formed in a frame-like or circular shape by a metal plastic composite construction. A plastic structure includes ridges, where thermoplastic polymers used as plastic are selected from a group consisting of polyamide, polyester or polypropylene and mixtures of polymers.
