Loading space arrangement suitable for receiving a retractable bicycle rack

The arrangement has a carriage (40) with a distal end (42B) slidingly guided on a horizontal floor (20) between a position inserted inside a cargo compartment (10) and a horizontal loading position in which a proximal end (42A) of the carriage forwardly exits the compartment. The distal end is guided along a transverse vertical base wall (18) in a vertically sliding manner. The carriage is tilted toward a vertical storage position against the wall by simultaneous sliding of the distal end vertically and upwardly along the wall and the proximal end longitudinally and rearwardly on the floor.
