Exhaust discharge assembly

The cylinder head has a valve-outlet channel per cylinder, where a single valve-outlet channel of a cylinder forms a cylinder-outlet channel. Multiple valve-outlet channels of a cylinder are merged to a cylinder-outlet channel within the cylinder head (102). The combination of the valve-outlet channels and the cylinder-outlet channels takes place individually in an outflow direction. An independent claim is also included for an exhaust manifold with an exhaust gas outlet channel.
