The method involves decoupling a gear box-sided attachment location (ASpto) for intermittent power take-off unit (PTO) from an axle drive (AB), and from a drive unit (A) i.e. hybrid drive. Rotation speed of the attachment location and rotation speed of the power take-off unit are synchronized. The power take-off unit is coupled to the attachment location, during reaching synchronous rotation speed between the rotation speed of the attachment location and rotation speed of the power take-off unit. The location and the power take-off unit are coupled both at the drive unit and the axle drive.
