The support (32) has an adjusting device (12') e.g. four-hinged adjusting device, provided with an adjusting drive (52) e.g. pneumatic rotary drive. A lifting flap (10') is adjustable between a closing position in which an opening (46) is closed and an opening position in which the opening is released in sections. The adjusting drive is fixedly held at the lifting flap, and is movable during adjustment between the closing position and the opening position. The adjusting drive is held over a bar arrangement (58) at the lifting flap.
