OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

The invention relates to an opening and closing device (10) for a motor vehicle, comprising a flap (1) rotatably and/or pivotally mounted, in particular a loading flap for an electric vehicle, wherein the flap (1) can be adjusted with an electric motor drive (2) between an open and a closed position by means of a translatory and rotatory movement, wherein the flap (1) has at least one driver (3) which engages in a guide structure (5) of a cam disk (6), preferably centrally driven, for adjustment of the flap (1) and is displaceably mounted in a guide section (18) of a guide disk (4), wherein the drive (2), preferably directly, acts on a drive extension (7) of the cam disk (6), so that the cam disk (6) performs a rotary movement for adjustment of the flap (1) and the driver (3) coupled with the flap (1) is displaced in the guide structure (5) of the cam disk (6) and/or in the guide section (18) of the guide disk (4).
