Guide system for medical facilities, medical facility, drivable transport device and method

The system (17) has a floor element (19) extended along a path (15) of a medical plant (11) and arranged in a bottom portion of the path, such that magnetic attractive force is produced by magnetic interaction of the floor element with a permanent magnet i.e. neodymium iron boron magnet. The magnet is arranged in a mobile transport apparatus, and has a plastic cover, where the guiding of the apparatus along the element is achieved during a feed motion of the apparatus along the path. The element is formed from a ferromagnetic material such as iron metal sheet or ferromagnetic steel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mobile transport apparatus comprising a wheel (2) a method for steering a mobile transport apparatus along a path in a medical plant.
