The magnet is arranged in a mobile transport apparatus, and has a plastic cover, where the guiding of the apparatus along the element is achieved during a feed motion of the apparatus along the path. The element is formed from a ferromagnetic material such as iron metal sheet or ferromagnetic steel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mobile transport apparatus comprising a wheel (2) a method for steering a mobile transport apparatus along a path in a medical plant.",
