The device has a set of molded part-datasets classified into set of molded part classes. A selecting unit (108) selects one of the molded part-datasets as a base for shaping an injection molded part based on input structured data and the molded part classes. A molded part selecting unit (110) performs process control of support of shape of the molded part based on the selected molded part-datasets. A tool shaping unit (112) performs process control and/or supports shape of a tool for physically producing the shaped molded part.
