The present invention relates to a navigation device (100) comprising a data base system (110) comprising data which contain road map information used for generating a road map for the navigation device, a processing unit (140) for processing the data containing road map information, a selecting unit (150) for selecting a particular road on the map, wherein the data base system (110) further comprises data containing cost information, the cost information comprising information about the costs arising in connection with selecting said particular road on the map.
