Method for operating an internal combustion engine with an exhaust turbocharger and combustion engine for carrying out said method
DRIVE
June 29, 2011
The method involves injecting multiple fuels (7) in an operating condition with increased load requirements for fast pressure generation via an exhaust gas turbine (5), during a stroke and/or multiple strokes of an internal combustion engine (1). Ignition angle, injection position and/or injection quantity for the operating condition are adjusted in a variable manner. Air is supplied via a pressure supply line (8), whose passage is opened, during increased load requirements. Suction air (11) is removed from a suction tract (4) in a flow direction behind a throttle valve of the engine. An independent claim is also included for an internal combustion engine that comprises a blocking body.
