Light module for a lighting device and lighting device of a motor vehicle with such a light module

The module (5, 6) has a plate-shaped separation element i.e. support element (7), made of metal i.e. aluminum-pressure die-casting, and arranged between reflection areas. Light sources i.e. Philips Lumileds Luxeon(RTM: high power LED) Altilon LEDs (8, 9) are mounted on the element such that a light emitting direction (12) of the LEDs is perpendicular to an optical axis of the light module. The reflection areas are assigned to separate reflector-element sections (10, 11) that are made of plastic material e.g. duromer, and designed as half-cup-shaped reflectors.
