Blind, corresponding vehicle and manufacturing method

The device has a blind fabric (3) whose lateral edges (5, 5 ') carry flexible bands (7, 7') to which guiding and maintaining elements (6, 6 ') are attached. The elements are moved in one of guiding and maintaining rails (11, 12). The band passes through a slot formed in the rails, where width of each element is between 0.5-5 mm in a direction parallel to axes of the rails. Thickness of each element is between 0.5-5 mm and higher than width of the slot. The rails include a plastic profile (40) inserted into a curved aluminum profile (30). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabrication of an occultation device.
