The exhaust gas chamber (1) has a cylinder head, where an internal-combustion engine has a cylinder. A turbine housing (2) of a turbocharger is integrated in the exhaust gas chamber. The cylinder is connected with the exhaust gas chamber by a separate exhaust gas pipe (3,3'). The exhaust gas chamber is made of light metal or gray iron.
