Method for manufacturing an intake manifold and corresponding manifold

The method involves mounting pieces forming bearings (7) on an axle (5) and valves (6) assembly on segments of axis extending between the valves. The assembly of the bearings, axles and the valves is installed on end portions (2'), lateral reservations and reception housings (8). A thermoplastic molding at the level of a plate intended to contact with a cylinder head block is formed for mechanical locking of the assembly in the reservation and the housings, and forming material bridges (14, 14') and annular units (11) realizing sealing of gas between end portions and the block. An independent claim is also included for an intake manifold or distributor.
