A rotatable holder for a mobile phone or other electronic device with a screen, for a mechanical vehicle, which consists of a holding unit ( 1 ), inside which there is a mechanism ( 5 ) locking the said device, and of a connector ( 2 ), which is adapted to connect the holding unit ( 1 ) with a hanger mounted within a vehicle to the vehicle body; inside the said connector there is a plug adapted to engage with a slot in the hanger, characterized in that the said holding unit ( 1 ) is connected rotatably with the connector ( 2 ) by means of a rotation-and-snap mechanism ( M ), which is adapted to enable a rotation of the holding unit with a mobile phone or an electronic device inserted into it from a vertical into a horizontal position and vice versa as well as to enable locking the holding unit in a set position.
