The device has a glazed panel (12) mobile relative to a fixed glazed part (11) between a closing position in which the fixed part closes an opening (13) defined in the fixed part, and an opening position in which the opening is partially free. Recovery and evacuation units formed by pins and cavities (21) recover and evacuate part of water received on an external surface of the panel, to exterior of the vehicle in the opening position. A seal (19) closes access to the units in the closing position to prevent the units from receiving water in the closing position.
