Leisure vehicle

The vehicle has an electrical system (10) comprising energy sources e.g. electrical energy storage such as accumulator (12), and network part (14), and consumers e.g. lamp (16) and cooling device (18), connected to an energy distribution network (20). A control unit (22) controls energy flow from the sources to the consumers, and is controlled by a switch (24). The system has a system monitoring device (26) communicatively connected with the control unit, monitoring energy supply by the sources and/or energy consumption by the consumers and controlling the control unit by a priority signal. The switch is formed as a manually actuatable switch, key and sensor switch. The priority signal is provided as electrical and/or optical signal. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating an electrical system of a recreation vehicle.
