Drive for an internal combustion engine
DRIVE
February 16, 2011
The drive has an electric motor (28) with a control device displaced from a crankshaft (8), a camshaft and two wheels. The electric motor is in connection with the wheels by an intermediate wheel (32) as a part of a transmission (24), where the electric motor has a generator shaft (36) formed as a cylinder hollow shaft. A balancing weight (40) is provided for balancing masses and is arranged at the generator shaft such that free mass forces of first or second order produced at the crankshaft are compensated.
