Fuel injector valve

The valve (1) has a jet needle (12) actuated by an actuating device (13) e.g. piezoelectric actuator, by using a coupler (14). The coupler includes a valve sleeve (26) guided at a guide flange (31) of a throttle plate (5). The sleeve includes a conical envelope-like valve seat surface (33) combined together with a ball-like valve closing body (27) of the coupler to form a sealing seat. A front surface (43) of the sleeve limits a valve control chamber (42) of the coupler. The closing body is provided at an end (29) of a valve bolt (28) that is supported at a valve cage (25) by an adjustingbody.
