Seal device for sealing machine parts which can be moved towards each other

Sealing arrangement (1) comprises a securing unit (2) which is integrated in a sealing unit made of an elastomer. The securing unit made from holding units (3) extends radially outwards and inwards. Sealing surfaces are arranged in a different plane than the plane from which the holding units extend. An independent claim is also included for a flap arrangement containing the above sealing arrangement. Preferred Features: The securing unit has a circular shape. The holding units are made of spring steel.
