The motor vehicle (1) has a roof part (4), which can be lowered, is horizontal or just inclined in its closed position to the vehicle interior (5). The roof part, which can be lowered, is connected at the backside to the fixed roof area (9) along with the movable back door (10) of the motor vehicle.
