Method for determining the mass averaged temperature across a flow section of a gas stream in a gas turbine

The method involves determination of average temperature within the range of the conduit of gas flow in partial load operation. The correction temperature level for the compensation of the distortions in the temperature distribution of the gas flow is determined with the use of sensors on at least one point in the conduit. An independent claim is also included for the controlling device.
