Procedure for selecting landmarks in a route

The method involves generating a route between arrival and departure points and generating guiding instructions. The instruction generation step involves determining point of interests closer to a part of the route from a database, calculating an indication representing the visibility of point of interests determined from the route and selecting a point of interest based on the calculated indication.
