The assembly has a floor pan (21) with two rigid panels (37, 39) and presenting a deployed configuration in which each panel is disposed on a base (19) and a partitioned configuration in which the panel (37) is disposed on the base and the panel (39) occupies a vertical position by a blocking unit. The floor pan is foldable between the deployed configuration and a folded configuration in which the panels are supported on each other. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle including a storage assembly.
