Panel for sliding roof arrangement

The cover has first and second guide elements (20,22) attached to opposite sides of the cover so their separation is variable, first and second rotation axles (32,44) formed on the cover at a distance apart, first and second displacement elements (30,42) coupled to the guide elements and rotatable about the axles and first and second traction elements (34,36) coupled to both displacement elements. The traction elements are permanently under tension.
