Actuator module

The actuator module has a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive or shape memory actuator (3) and a sleeve (24) surrounding the actuator. The sleeve is closed at one end by an actuator head (25) and at the other end by an actuator foot (26). At least one dampening element (30) is associated with the actuator to dampen sound waves coming from the actuator. The dampening element is arranged in the actuator sleeve.
