Fuel heat exchange modul
DRIVE
April 19, 2006
There may be two tanks (KS1,KS2) containing different types of fuel, fed through lines (KL1,KL2) to a first valve (3). This may mix the two fuels and passes the mixture to a feed pump (4). A second valve (5) returns fuel (2) to one of the tanks. Fuel is fed (KL8) through a pressure sensor (9), a volume flow sensor (10) and a temperature sensor. All the valves and sensors are embedded in a distributor block (1). The valves and sensors are connected to a control circuit (8). A bypass valve (6) feeds fuel (KL6) to a T-connection valve (7) and the injector system (12) and receives fuel returned (KL12) from the injector system. Plant oil may be heated to 70 degrees C.
