Wiper blade having cover member

A wiper blade (13) includes a wiper strip (15), a lever assembly (14) and a cover member (16). The lever assembly (14) has a connecting arrangement (21a) and holding claws (22a). The connecting arrangement (21a) is connected to a wiper arm (12). The holding claws (22a) hold the wiper strip (15). The cover member (16) has a cover opening (34), which is opened on a wiper strip (15) side thereof. The cover member (16) receives the lever assembly (14) through the cover opening (34). In an interior space (S) between the cover member (16) and the wiper strip (15), holder end side openings (34a), each of which is a part of the cover opening (34), are covered by two connecting arrangement end side cover parts (18a). In this way, in the interior space (S) between the cover member (16) and the wiper strip (15), spaces, into which fluid intrudes, are reduced.
