Wiper blade

A lever assembly (4) holds a wiper strip (5), which directly wipes a wiping surface (30a). The lever assembly (4) includes a plurality of levers (2,3), which are connected together. An axial length of the lever assembly (4) is shorter than an axial length of the wiper strip (5). A cover member (7) receives the lever assembly (4), and opposed ends of the cover member (7) hold the wiper strip (5). The cover member (7) includes a plurality of cover portions (20-22,25,26), which are formed separately from one another.
