Variable stator vanes for a turbocharger
DRIVE
March 15, 2006
The adjusting device (10) for guide vanes of an exhaust gas turbocharger has pivots (17) for the pivotable mounting of the vanes in a bearing plate (18), whereby the pivots are connected to adjusting levers (14) the free ends of which engage in cut-outs (12) in an adjusting ring (11). The adjusting ring is mounted on the circumference of the bearing plate by ball bearings (20) which are guided in a bearing cage (21). A drive lever (28) is seated on a drive shaft (29) which is rotatably mounted in the bearing plate and by its free end engages in one of the cut-outs in the adjusting ring.
