Variable geometry guide vanes and turbocharger with these vanes

The turbine housing (2) has a central outlet tube (10) containing the turbine. A ring of swiveling guide vanes (7) surrounds the turbine inlet. The pivots (8) are arranged in a ring at the outer end of the guide vane space (13). Hot exhaust gas flows inward from a tangential channel (9) toward the turbine inlet. The bearing pivots are fastened in a bearing ring (6).
