Motor vehicle in particular estate car comprising a rear door with two closure members

The vehicle has a rear door (3) with a tailgate having a rear window opening (7), and a casement. The casement has a rear window (8a) and a part (8b) for articulating the casement and covering a part (6a) of the tailgate to close a rear part of the vehicle roof, in lowered position of the casement on the outer surface of the tailgate. The window is moved between closing and opening positions, either with or without the tailgate.
