The seat has a tilting system with an axis of rotation (20), articulated on an end of a connecting rod (22), at front of a frame (3) of a base (2). The system has an axis of rotation (30), articulated on a frame (6) of a back rest (5), at rear of the frame (3) and at an upper part of the base. An axis of rotation (40) movable longitudinally in a guide (50) of a floor of a vehicle is at a lower part of the frame (6) and below the base.
