Device for transmitting sound in a vehicle

The device has a housing with a partition wall, and two separate partition space bounded by the housing and wall. A covering flap (6) is penetrated by the wall and rotates around a swivel axis. A flexible and partly broken sealing unit (8) that is arranged in a gap between a circulating edge of the flap and the housing is parallel to the axis. The unit has through holes that are arranged in the area of longitudinal edges of the flap.
