Collapsible seat particularly for automotive vehicles
DRIVE
February 22, 2006
The folding seat has a backrest (3) which is connected to the bodywork (7, 16) so that it can be moved along seat rails (31). The seat (30) itself can be moved to a front position (41), in order to provide access to the space behind the seat. When the seat is folded, it has a crank lever effect in combination with the backrest, so that the seat is automatically removed to the rearmost position (29) when the longitudinal adjustment is unlocked.
