The switching arrangement is for an internal combustion engine (1) with more than one cylinder (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6), the exhaust gas manifolds (3, 4) of which are gathered into two exhaust gas groups (5, 6). These groups are connected by a manifold connection. The engine has two exhaust gas superchargers (8, 9). One of the superchargers (8) can be blocked off by a blocking off device (10).
