Fastening device for a tensioning member of an anti-skid chain

The mounting for an elastic tensioning element for the tensioning of an antiskid chain is formed from a retaining clamp with an arc-shaped body (1) and several spaced apart guide eyes (2) connected to it for a tensioning element which is provided at both ends with end stops which may be hooks (15) and/or eyes (16). The guide eyes may be releasably connected to the retaining clamp. The body of the clamp is provided with adjusting recesses serving for the position definition of the guide eyes.
