Bumper unit for the front-end of a vehicle

The device has a bumper support (2) for attachment to a frame fitting component of the motor vehicle with at least one drive-under guard element (3) and at least one bumper panel (4). The bumper support is in the form of a frame-shaped supporting construction (3,5,7,7a) to which at least one fitted part and a functional element of the motor vehicle can be attached and the at least one drive-under guard element is part of the supporting construction.
