An integrated piping plate (1) composed of two or more plates (3) joined together, and in which in instrument and a component (33a-c,34a-b) constituting an apparatus are disposed, or the instrument is disposed, or the component (33a-c,34a-b) is disposed, on one of or both of surfaces of the integrated piping plate (1). Grooves (8) for serving as channels for fluids are formed in joining surfaces of the plates (3), and the instrument and the component (33a-c,34a-b) are connected, or the instrument is connected, or the component (33a-c,34a-b) is connected, by the grooves (8). The integrated piping plate (1) is provided singly, or a plurality of the integrated piping plates (1) are provided, and a heat shutoff groove (35) is provided between a high temperature zone where the instrument and the component (33a-c) at a high temperature are disposed, or the instrument at a high temperature is disposed, or the component (33a-c) at a high temperature is disposed, and a low temperature zone where the instrument and the component (34a-b) at a low temperature are disposed, or the instrument at a low temperature is disposed, or the component (34a-b) at a low temperature is disposed. In this piping plate (3) heat from the high temperature zone is shut off so that the influence of the heat on the low temperature zone is reduced.
