Tires comprising a rubber composition

A new rubber blend (I), vulcanizable with sulfur and free of aromatic process oil, comprises (a) 50-95 phr (parts weight per 100 parts total weight of rubbers) cis-1,4-polyisoprene, (b) 5-50 phr polybutadiene of cis-1,4 content more than 90 mol. %, (c) at most 5 phr other diene rubber, (d) 3-30 phr mineral oil plasticizer(s) of polycyclic aromatic compound content less than 3 wt. % (determined with a dimethyl sulfoxide extract by the IP 346 method) and (e) 30-100 phr carbon black(s) of iodine absorption index 100-180 g/kg and DBP index 100-150 cm3> per 100 g.
