Device for fixing a removable seat on a motor vehicle floor

The device has two rails (14), each having two orifices assembled on blocking lug studs (64, 66) fixed on a floor pan. A locking plate (42) has two handles (44) sliding on one of the rails, where each handle has two longitudinal lights (50, 52). The plate slides between a locking position in which the studs are blocked in the lights and an unlocking position in which the studs are free, to disassemble the rails from the studs. An independent claim is also included for a removable seat of a motor vehicle.
