The device has a threaded connecting bolt (5) that is passed through an opening in the first component (2) and mounted in guides in the second component (3) on both sides of the first. The bolt can be screwed into a nut (11) arranged on a seat attached to the first component so as to be movable perpendicular to the bolt's longitudinal axis. The bolt and/or the nut have a conical region that moves when the bolt turns and presses against a complementary region of the first component, which is pressed against a stop surface (17) of the second component.
