A first component (2) is screwed to a support (7) by a nut (6). An adjustment screw (9) passes through clearance hole (8) in the support and (14) in a second component (3) and a nut (13) welded to the component. The support section rests on a fixed collar (17) attached to the screw. A dual purpose box type spanner fits the Allen type head (15) of the screw to adjust the distance between the support section, i.e. first component, and the second component. The spanner can then be positioned to rotate a lock nut (18) and clamp the support section against the collar.
